If you are interested in enrolling your child at Kahului Baptist Preschool the first step is to fill out an Interest Form.
Children must be three years old by December 31st of the year they are enrolled, and fully potty trained prior to the beginning of the school year.
Once you fill out an interest form you will receive an email with information regarding Open Enrollment.
New students will have the opportunity to register during our Open Enrollment on March 15th, 2024.
To secure a spot, a non-refundable $200 registration fee must be received in our office at time of enrollment. Please note enrollment for new students is on a first-come first-serve basis.
Current students will receive re-enrollment info beginning of February. They must return their registration paperwork and pay the $200 registration fee during the priority enrollment period, February 5th to March 14th, 2024. Only current students and their siblings may register at this time.
Before your child’s start date, you will need to bring in a copy of a negative TB test (done within one year) and a Health Form 14 that includes a current physical. You will also need to fill out necessary application and paper work. The Department of Health will not allow us to admit any child who does not have a current TB test.
Please call KBPS if you have any questions regarding registration procedures and for updates regarding the Interest Form.
Parents of registered KBPS students will be informed of a Parent Orientation to be held before school begins.
All new parents of registered KBPS students are required to attend this event. The Parent Orientation is designed to cover the KBPS parent handbook, answer questions, as well as meet their child’s teachers.
Mahalo for your interest in our preschool!
